A year at our school
Our school is full of reasons to celebrate! Whether it's thrilling events, achievements we're proud of, or the small victories we experience daily, here are some of our standout moments.

Harmony Day
Harmony Day is a celebration of our cultural diversity, where students and staff wear orange or traditional cultural attire to promote inclusiveness and respect. It's a day filled with activities that highlight the rich tapestry of backgrounds within our school community. Through discussions and shared experiences, we embrace the message that "Everyone Belongs."
Kindergarten's 100 Days
Celebrating 100 days of learning, our Kindergarten students dress up as older versions of themselves, bringing joy and laughter to the school. This milestone marks their growth and achievements since starting school. The day is filled with fun activities that reinforce counting and number recognition, making learning both engaging and memorable.

Anzac Day
Our school holds a solemn assembly to commemorate ANZAC Day, honouring the courage and sacrifice of our soldiers. Students learn about the significance of the ANZAC acronym and its historical importance. Our school leaders also participate in external ANZAC Day events, representing our commitment to remembering our nation's history.
Book Week
Book Week ignites the imagination as students dress up as their favourite book characters and parade their costumes around the school. It's a week dedicated to celebrating the joy of reading and storytelling. Through various activities, students explore the themes of books, enhancing their literacy and creativity.

Sydney Writers' Festival
Our school participates in the Sydney Writers' Festival, where students from the Book Club have the opportunity to attend inspiring sessions at the Sydney Town Hall. They listen to motivational authors and illustrators who share their creative journeys and insights into the world of literature. This experience not only fosters a love for reading and writing but also encourages students to express their own stories and ideas.
Stage 2 Experience
The Great Aussie Bushcamp in Tea Garden offers our Stage 2 students an opportunity to develop teamwork and outdoor skills. This camp fosters personal growth as students engage in activities that challenge and inspire them. It's a transformative experience that builds confidence and camaraderie among peers.

Stage 3 Experience
Our Stage 3 students embark on an educational trip to Canberra, exploring the nation's capital and its rich history. They gain valuable insights into Australian government and history, enhancing their understanding of their national identity. This trip offers a hands-on learning experience that brings classroom lessons to life.
Peer Support
Year 6 students at our school participate in the Peer Support program, mentoring younger students to build resilience and social skills. This program strengthens leadership qualities and fosters a supportive school environment. Through guided activities, students learn about emotions, identity, and the importance of empathy.
